He's super soft and always smells like candy floss!

I made Cotton not long after Cloudy, as part of the same universe.

He loves hugs and cozy blankets. (He's kinda a softie)

He has a little daisy in his hair and loves his lilac coloured sweater!

He's very cozy, very soft and very huggable!
